Iran uses nuclear power for electricity

Nuclear Iran Pictures, Images and Photos
Iran has achieved what they “say” they wanted to achieve with their nuclear program all along. They are successfully generating electricity into their grid from a nuclear plant. You would think this would be a surprise to the rest of the world, but it’s not because the U.S., Israel and other nations are watching their nuclear program very carefully. In fact, their spy satellites are showing progress in another area of their nuclear program. They are building bunkers deep underground for the weapons portion of their so called “peaceful” nuclear program.

The energy generation alone does not worry anyone as it cannot be turned into a bomb since Russia will collect the spent fuel afterwards. The real concern is with those bunkers under construction. If properly designed and built, it will be very difficult for the U.S. and/or Israel to cause the necessary damage they would need to prevent them from building a bomb. Although they could use bunker busting missiles, even that technology is not a magic wand.

It is looking more and more likely that this whole issue will not end in peace. The only glimmer of hope that could result in a peaceful resolution is that China has recently shown signs that they will work with the U.S.’ desires of isolating the Iranian regime. China has apparently slowed down their work on oil and gas developments in Iran in an effort to improve relations with the U.S. If this continues and gets stronger then it could put serious pressure on Iran. China is the last important country to still work with Iran. If they do the right thing and listen to American requests of isolating the Iranian dictators then it could destroy the Iranian economy. This could give the people (which are also the victims) of Iran the power to finally topple their oppressors and usher in a democratic government.

I know, this sounds unlikely but it’s always good to prepare for the worst and hope for the best.
